TRUMPF Laser
Get precise, clean cuts with zero pressure or heat distortion, minimal material consumption, no cut degradation, and quick processing—even for detailed cutouts. Our TRUMPF laser can cut up to 3/4″ thick carbon, aluminum, or stainless with a 60” × 120” table capacity and a Rotolas Attachment for cutting tube.
Shearing
Shearing is the simplest way to remove excess material from a piece of metal. Our shearing machine can quickly slice through 26 gauge up to ½” thick sheets up to 12′ wide.
Sawing
Get straight and miter cuts on any linear product: channel, tube beams, etc. with our vertical and horizontal band saws with bundle cutting capacity.
HI-DEFINITION PLASMA
Plasma cutting up to 2″ with a 10′ × 40′ table capacity. Our plasma cutting machines have 3 Torch HPR 400 Plasma Torches and programmable bevel cutting.
FLAME CUTTING
Flame cutting is a thermal cutting process that uses pure oxygen and fuel gas to cut through materials, such as plate steel. We can cut up to 6″-thick plate with a 10′ × 40′ table capacity.
ROLLING
Roll plate material up to ⅝” thick, and 10′ wide to a specified radius.
FORMING
We operate three brake presses, the largest of which can form parts up to 20’ long: 20′ Press Brake (500 Ton), 16′ Press Brake (500 Ton), 12′ Press Brake (300 Ton). With our operator knowledge, and tooling setup, we can create a wide variety of formed parts.
kInetic
Kinetic plasma cutting machines with cutting, drilling and milling capabilities allow for efficient processing of steel plate. The Kinetic performs plasma cutting up to 1¾”, oxy (flame) cutting up to 6″, drilling to 1½” tapping to ⅝”. It has a BT40 Spindle and a 10′ × 40′ table capacity.
